About

Our Face to Face training is deployed on demand as private, tailored, interactive and engaging sessions led by a professional trainer with 15 years on the ground experience in China.

Based on client requests Occam has developed a range of over 300 China topics for westerners interacting with Chinese and Chinese interacting with westerners.

For each client their specific goals are identified and course content developed to achieve the required learning outcomes.

Training includes both specific knowledge and any necessary soft skills learning for participants to combine with their existing skills ensuring they can successfully apply the training to be successful with China and the Chinese.

Formats

Training is deployed one-on-one, classroom, workshop or seminar style and can last from one hour to 5 days depending on the depth of knowledge and capability required by the client.


To ensure the success of every course, Occam works closely with clients to understand the current situation, what they perceive the need and desired outcomes to be, and using our extensive experience we work with the client to shape the training including factors they may not have considered.

This process usually begins with one or more written communications leading to an in-person or telephone meeting. These meetings focus on key deliverables, expectations, as well as time and budget requirements.
